How long does a Rosette order take?
Most Rosette orders ship within five to seven business days. Some pieces are already made and waiting; others are made for your order in the size, metal and carat weight you chose. Either way, that window covers preparation, inspection and packing before it leaves us.
Two kinds of order
Pieces we already hold. Every design on this site was made before it was photographed, so particular carat weights and sizes exist in the workshop. When your order matches one of those, it moves straight to final inspection and packing.
Pieces made for your order. A ring made in quarter-size precision across two metals and several carat weights runs to hundreds of combinations, and no workshop holds all of them. When your choice is not one we have on hand, we make it.
If timing is critical for a specific piece, ask us before you order. We will tell you which of the two it is.
What happens in those days
- Casting, where the piece is being made. The setting is cast in solid 14K gold in your size.
- Setting. Each diamond is set by hand at our bench.
- Finishing and polishing to the final surface.
- Inspection. Prongs checked, stones checked, and the piece looked over once more before it is packed.
Business days means Monday to Friday. Weekends and US public holidays are not counted, so an order placed late in the week typically ships the following week rather than the same one.
When do I get tracking?
Tracking is emailed the moment the shipping label is created, which is when the piece leaves us. Every order ships free and fully insured within the continental United States.
What if I need it by a specific date?
Email info@rosettejewelry.com or call +1 310-432-3658 before you order. Tell us the date and the piece, and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done, including whether that exact configuration is one we already have.
We would rather turn down a deadline than miss one. Proposals, anniversaries and weddings are exactly the orders worth getting right.
The short answer
Five to seven business days, then shipping time on top. Whether your piece was already made or made for you, the same pair of hands checks it before it goes.
