Refund policy

We accept returns on eligible items when the buyer contacts us within 21 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging, certificates, tags, and documents included.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be shipped with tracking and full insurance for the value of the item. Rosette Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to process once we confirm the return.

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
