These terms apply to your use of rosettejewelry.com and to any order you place with Rosette Jewelry. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Rosette Jewelry is a fine jewelry workshop based in Los Angeles, California. You can reach us at info@rosettejewelry.com.

Products and descriptions

We work to describe every piece accurately, including carat weight, metal, and stone specification. Photographs are taken under studio lighting and shown at magnification; a diamond will not appear on your hand at the size it appears on your screen. Carat weights given as "total carat weight" refer to the combined weight of all stones in the piece, or in the pair for earrings, not the weight of an individual stone.

Because each piece is made by hand, small variations in finish, stone placement, and total weight are normal and are not defects.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order that has already been accepted.

If a piece is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfill it. We will contact you before doing so.

Discount codes

Discount codes apply to the piece price only, are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, and cannot be combined with another code on the same order. We may withdraw a code at any time.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. Until then we may decline it, for example if a piece is unavailable, if we cannot verify the payment or delivery details, or if we suspect fraud.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which are processed by Shopify Payments and the relevant provider. We do not store your full card details.

Shipping, returns, and warranty

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Return and exchange terms are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Rosette Jewelry offers a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in setting and craftsmanship from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear, loss, theft, accidental damage, or work carried out by another jeweler.

Sizing

You are responsible for selecting the correct size. Our Size Guide explains how to measure. Eternity bands are set with diamonds around the full circumference and cannot be resized in the way a plain band can, because resizing changes the number of stones; where a size is wrong, we handle it as an exchange under the Refund Policy rather than an alteration.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under your account.

Intellectual property

The Rosette Jewelry name, logo, photography, and site content belong to us and may not be reproduced for commercial use without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
