A diamond behaves differently in daylight than it does on a screen. If you would like to see a piece on your own hand before you commit to it, we will arrange that.

How it works

Rosette Jewelry is a working workshop in Los Angeles, so appointments are by arrangement. It also means you are talking to the people who will make your piece.

What we can do

• See a piece in person. Tell us what you are looking at and we will have it ready.
• Get sized properly. A measured size beats a printed sizer, particularly for an eternity band, which keeps the size it is made in.
• Compare carat weights side by side. The difference between a 1 CT and a 2 CT band is far easier to judge in the hand than in a photograph.
• Talk through a commission. If you want something beyond what we currently list, describe it and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it and what it would cost.
• Meet by video instead. Anywhere outside Los Angeles, we do the same thing over a video call, with the pieces in front of the camera.

Appointments are Monday to Friday during business hours, Pacific Time. There is no charge and no obligation to buy.

If you would rather not travel

Every order ships free and fully insured within the continental United States, and eligible items can be returned within 21 days of delivery. See the refund policy for what qualifies. Ordering and deciding at home is a perfectly reasonable way to do this.
