Custom Engagement Rings in Los Angeles

Rosette Jewelry Co designs custom lab grown diamond engagement rings in solid gold and platinum, with private consultations by appointment in Downtown Los Angeles. You can begin with inspiration images, a favorite diamond shape, a piece from our collection, or an idea of your own.

Bring us your inspiration

A custom engagement ring can begin almost anywhere. Send screenshots, saved images, a sketch, or photographs of rings you love. You might like the diamond shape from one, the band from another and the profile of a third.

Those references tell us about proportion, setting height, band width, prong style and the overall feeling you are drawn to, which is far harder to describe in words.

How custom design works

  1. Share your idea. Inspiration images, preferred diamond shape, approximate budget, ring size if you know it, and your timing.
  2. Define the details. We refine the setting, proportions, metal and diamond specifications around the look you want.
  3. Choose the diamond. We source lab grown options by shape, carat weight, measurements, color, clarity, certification and budget.
  4. Review the project. You receive the full specifications and the price before anything is made.
  5. Approve the design. Production begins once you confirm.
  6. Creation and finishing. Casting, stone setting, finishing, polishing and a final inspection at our bench.
  7. Delivery. Packaged and shipped with tracking, insured within the United States.

What you can decide

Center diamond shape and carat weight. Diamond color and clarity. Gold color, or platinum. Band width. Setting height and prong style. Side stones and hidden details. Ring size, including quarter sizes as a custom order. Whether a matching wedding band is designed alongside it.

Custom fine jewelry at direct jeweler pricing

Direct jeweler pricing means the quote is built around the actual specifications of your piece: the center diamond, accent diamonds, the solid gold or platinum, the setting, the design complexity, the stone setting, the production and the finishing.

That gives you a clear relationship between your budget and the jewelry being made, and it lets you decide where the value should sit. A larger stone with a simpler setting, or a smaller stone with more detail around it, are both legitimate answers.

A second generation perspective

Rosette Jewelry Co is a husband and wife workshop in Los Angeles, founded by a second generation jeweler. We melt the gold, cast the setting, and set every lab grown diamond ourselves.

That experience shows up in the details that decide whether a ring is comfortable in ten years. The setting height. The band width against the finger. How the wedding band will sit beside it. Whether the prongs will catch. We think about those while the ring is still a drawing.

Custom jeweler in Los Angeles

Private jewelry consultations are available by appointment in Downtown Los Angeles. Come and compare diamonds side by side, try proportions on your own hand, and talk through the design with the people who will make it.

Anywhere else in the United States, we do the same over a video call with the pieces in front of the camera.

What to send us

Whatever you already know: inspiration images, diamond shape, approximate carat weight, metal, ring size, approximate budget, the date you need it by, and anything that feels important. Every project starts at a different point, and a first message with only an image is a perfectly good beginning.

Questions

What does direct jeweler pricing mean?

Your quote is built from the diamond, the metal, the design, the setting, the production and the craftsmanship your ring actually requires, rather than from a fixed retail markup.

Can I work with Rosette remotely?

Yes. Custom projects run remotely through shared images, written specifications and video calls.

Can Rosette make a matching wedding band?

In most cases yes, designed around the proportions and setting of the engagement ring.

What metals can I choose?

Solid 14K gold in white or yellow, held in stock, and 18K gold or platinum made to order.

How much does a custom engagement ring cost?

It depends on the center diamond, accent stones, metal, setting and design complexity. Tell us your budget and we will tell you what it reaches.
