1 Carat Round Diamond Half Eternity Band

Every Rosette eternity band is made in quarter sizes from 3 to 15, so you can order the size you actually are rather than the nearest half. Use whichever method below you trust most, and if you are between two, order the larger one.

Find your ring size at home

1. Measure a ring you already wear

Take a ring that fits the finger you have in mind and measure the inside diameter across the widest point, in millimeters. Match that figure to the table below. This is the most reliable method because it measures the ring rather than the finger.

2. Measure the finger

Wrap a strip of paper or a length of string snugly around the base of the finger, mark where it overlaps, and lay it flat against a ruler. That measurement is the circumference. Match it to the table below.

3. Three things worth knowing before you order

• Fingers swell in heat and late in the day, and shrink in the cold. Measure in the evening at normal room temperature.
• Your knuckle has to clear the ring. If it is noticeably wider than the base of the finger, size to the knuckle.
• Eternity bands sit differently to a plain band. Because the diamonds run all the way round, the band feels a fraction snugger, if your reading falls exactly between two quarter sizes, take the larger.

Quarter sizes. The table lists half sizes because that is what international scales convert to. Every quarter size in between is available on the product page. A quarter size is roughly 0.2 mm of diameter, or 0.65 mm of circumference. If your measurement sits between two rows, the quarter size between them is the one to choose.

Bracelet lengths

Measure around your wrist just below the wrist bone, then add roughly half an inch for a tennis bracelet, so it moves freely and stays on the wrist.

Print a Rosette ring sizer

If you would rather measure with a physical gauge, print this page at 100% scale, no page scaling, no fit-to-page, and cut a strip of card 6 mm wide and 90 mm long. Mark it in millimeters, wrap it around the base of your finger, and read off the circumference where it overlaps. Check the print scale first against the bar below, printed at 100% it measures exactly 50 mm end to end. If it does not, your printer scaled the page and the sizer will read wrong.

If the size is wrong

Eternity bands are set with diamonds around the entire circumference, so they keep the size they are made in. Changing the circumference would change the number of stones. Half eternity bands and plain sections can usually be adjusted.
